General Business:

1. Mr Jim Allan ZL2KR rsigned his positions of Trustee of 690,Trustee of 9875 and that of Society Presdent and also his membership of the Society through "Personal reasons." Letter of thanks for services to the Branch to be sent.

2. Branch Generator; ZL2KR said he will complete this task and return the unit to the Branch.

3. For Sale; ZL2KR said he had items of equipment for sale including Kenwood 130, 430, & 830  transceivers along with other non-specified items.

4. NZART Conference; Members decided that Headquarters be notified that they considered the present financial year-ending ties in well with the publication of Break-In and the traditional Queen's Birthday Conference and could see no benefit in altering this regime.
